Aniseed has been a popular culinary herb for centuries, and it is an important in ingredients in various liqueurs. Because of its fresh smell and sweet flavor it is used in perfumes, toothpaste, soap and as a common flavouring.
Aniseed Green Essential Oil has a warmer, more herbal yet still typically sweet fragrance.
When used in massages (especially on the abdomen) aniseed oil has a beneficial effect on digestion. To use it in this way, mix a maximum of 2% aniseed oil with a vegetable oil. This calming oil can also be micronised to as a breath easy.
